Policies And Procedures
All orders placed at XO Fancy Hair, are subject to further verification. Our verification includes submission of a hardcopy valid government issued photo ID showing photo, address, and name with face recognition using our ID verification system. You will receive an ID verification link after placing order from REAL ID. The link will either be emailed or texted to you. You can also find the link on your confirmation checkout page. For individuals purchasing using a debit/credit card directly on our website, a photocopy of Debit/Credit card used showing only last 4 of card number and name (all other information should be blurred out), should be emailed to us at customersupport@xofancyhair.com along with a statement verifying that you are aware of the charge. Debit/Credit card photo is not required for those purchasing using Buy Now Pay Later options.
Statement should read
"I, customer name, am aware and authorize amount of charge, placed at XO Fancy Hairtique on date, for item purchased."
Shipping and Handling
Once an order is placed at XO Fancy Hair, there is a 3-5 business day process time BEFORE an order is shipped to the purchaser for ON HAND ITEMS. 3-5 business days allows XO Fancy Hair to properly process your order for all on-hand items. If items aren’t on-hand, a 14-21 business day process time is in place. For all custom wig orders, there is a mandatory 14-21 business day processing time. After processing, all items are shipped via standard, priority, or custom wig shipping. Standard shipping can take 3-10 business days for delivery. Priority shipping is 2-4 days. Shipping Times are extended/ delayed during SALES. Units or extensions purchased during site wide SALES have a processing time is 14-45 Business Days, no exceptions. Custom Wig shipping is available to individuals who order any custom wig from XO Fancy Hairtique.
*Shipping and Processing time can be delayed in the event of a global pandemic. Weekend and holidays are not considered business days.
* All orders placed for "Pick Up" must be picked up after Order Fulfillment email is received. After 10 days customer must pay for order to be shipped.
Custom Wig Policy
All Custom Wigs are a remake of items pictured during purchase. Please note that no two units will be 100% alike. We do try our best to recreate the photo to the best of our abilities. Coloring, and style of unit purchased may be slightly different than received due to screen resolution and shipping. Because of packing used, Unit may need to be restyled to achieve desired look. This will be best done by a licensed stylist
International Orders
International customers are responsible for paying all taxes and duties associated with their orders. XO Fancy Hair will not be responsible for any taxes or duties. No refund or exchange are offered on any international order, no exception.
Holiday Schedules
We are closed during all Federal Holidays. Christmas Eve and New Years Eve are also holidays that we are 100% closed on. Our Holiday Schedule starts November 1st and ends February 1st if the following year. All orders placed during this time have a processing time of 14-45 Business Days. Please order accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges
Hair Extensions, Wigs, and Beauty Product Returns
Due to sanitary reasons, no exchanges are accepted on any extension, wigs, eyelash, or beauty products. XO Fancy Hair operates on a strict No Refund, No Exchange policy. For ALL Wig Orders please ensure head measurements are correct. XO Fancy Hair will not be responsible for Wigs not fitting due to incorrect measuring by customer. This policy is strictly enforced on every order placed for merchandise at XO Fancy Hair via xofancyhair.com, mobile pickup, cash app, cash payments, or any invoice paid via Square Cash, Shopify or Paypal. If you are in anyway dissatisfied with your order please email customersupport@xofancyhair.com within 30 days of receiving product. Any issue reported after 30 days will not be addressed by the company.
PLEASE NOTE THAT REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AS STORE CREDIT/GIFT CARD ONLY. In the rare event that we do decide to refund a customer in their original form of payment, a cancellation fee of 35% will be charged.
Clothing Returns
Clothing returns are only accepted up to 5 days after customers have received merchandise. If 5 days have gone by since you received clothing, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, store credit, or exchange. Customer must pay for any returned shipping. Only store credit is offered for any returned clothing. Returned clothing must be free of any stains, odors, defects, rips, etc. Clothing must have original tags and labels still attached and be unworn. XO Fancy Hair employees reserve the rights to deny any clothing return.

Clothing Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved a store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive gift card.
Sale items (if applicable)
All Sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective,damaged, or if the error is caused by XO Fancy Hair. The only items that can be exchanged at XO Fancy Hair are clothing. No exchanges on any hair, beauty product, vendor list, or classes, webinars, digital products, etc.
Gifts
If the item (clothing ONLY) was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item (Clothing ONLY) wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. XO Fancy Hair will not be responsible for items lost during shipment.
Cancellations and Warranties
Any Order placed through xofancyhair.com can be cancelled up to 24 hours after purchase date. Any person who wish to cancel an order must email customersupport@xofancyhair.com. Please note that their is a cancellation fee associated with all cancelled orders, no exception. The cancellation fee is 15% of total order before 24 hours of purchase. No cancellations are accepted after 24 hours of purchase or if item ships the same day as purchase. Cancellations CAN NOT be made after hair ships. No warranties are offered on any product purchased from XO Fancy Hair.
